Our Associates
All TCC Senior Associates are qualified, insured and experienced dual-practitioners of both psychotherapy and coaching, as well as integrated therapeutic-coaching practice. They are registered and accredited (Senior Associate status) members of the appropriate professional bodies (BACP/UKCP for therapy, and EMCC/ICF/AC for coaching).

All our associates to engage in Supervision and CPD, adhere to GDPR policy, and abide by the Ethical Frameworks of the professional bodies, in alignment with TCC values.
Founder & CEO
Seana Tomlinson

Seana is an accredited senior practitioner coach and an experienced counsellor, consultant and trainer, with a passion for gender diversity and coaching the female leaders of today and tomorrow.
​
Approach:
Seana offers a blended approach which provides the forward focus of coaching along with a depth of emotional support and psychological expertise.
Seana’s clients say that she provides a safe and supportive space where they can think and reflect to understand themselves and their patterns better. She also provides a dynamic, goal-oriented coaching energy where they can figure out solutions to challenges, explore new possibilities and bring about the changes that they want to make.
Seana has over 25 years experience working in the FMCG sector as a manager and consultant so she has a good understanding of business and leadership challenges.
Specialist areas:
Seana has a special interest in championing diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace, and specialises in developing and supporting female leaders and women who aspire to be the leaders of tomorrow. She also supports women transitioning to maternity leave and returning to work after a maternity leave or career break.
In her private coaching and counselling practice many of Seana’s clients are women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who want to discover a more joyful, balanced and fulfilling life. Seana also has extensive experience working with bereavement, grief and loss.

Ashley Jones
Ali is a dual practitioner with an integrated approach. Ali offers a blend of therapeutic listening to help clients explore issues at depth, and practical strategies to enable them to make positive changes.

Ali's approach is person-centred, somatic, and trauma-informed approach, with expertise in mindfulness and polyvagal approaches to managing stress/anxiety and trauma resolution.
Ali is a 'Matrescence' (transition to motherhood) specialist with over 10 years’ experience supporting parents, including issues such as burnout, return to work, career evolution, changing relationships, parenting, birth trauma, postnatal depression and anxiety.
Ali has a strong corporate background in Financial Services and Management Consulting (at American Express and Accenture). Extensive project and
programme management experience working across international markets and cross functional areas (Talent Development, Customer Services).

Tess Brown
Lucy is an experienced Pluralistic Psychotherapist and Self Leadership Coach with a corporate background in Senior Automotive Marketing Management and supporting Executives and Senior Leaders therapeutically. For the past 18 years Lucy has created space in her career to raise her children, whilst balancing a marketing consultancy business, a private practice, ongoing mentorship, continued academic training in Psychology, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Coaching, Mindfulness, Meditation and ancient Spiritual healing practices.

Lucy is described as a highly sensitive and observant Human, who brings warmth, humanity and insightful clarity to her therapeutic coaching and Self Leadership practice. Through gentle challenge and empathic holding, she provides space for contemplation and Self-expression through the mind, body and Self energy to enhance life/work balance and discover greater strategies for wellbeing and resolution.

Lucy is passionate about the advancement of collective consciousness by holding space to support change makers with mindful contemplation and therapeutic coaching.

Lucy’s practice is Trauma informed and she has completed professional development in Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems and is an advocate for the work of Dr Gabor Maté and his practice of Compassionate Enquiry. She has also completed a number of scholarship programmes with Eckhart Tolle on Conscious Awakening and Conscious Manifestation.
All that Lucy has learnt flows back to her own journey, so she meets others with a deep humanity and empathy and there is often a good chance she has lived experience of what her clients are exploring.

Gemma Levitas
Gemma has a background in advertising, media and radio. She has produced some of the UK’s highest profile radio shows for the UK’s most recognisable radio brands including London’s Capital Radio and Heart. Gemma has managed large teams in a time critical on-air radio environment, leading her to presenting her own breakfast show on the UK’s Heart Radio Network. After several years in radio, Gemma decided to follow another passion into the exploration of the human psyche and qualified as a clinical psychotherapist in 2015, followed by a Coaching qualification.
Approach:
Gemma's mission is to help others explore and connect with their true selves and live a life of passion and fulfilment. She began her company, Mindset and Mentality and works with universities, organisations and individuals, giving regular talks and workshops focusing on several areas such as how to become a better communicator, improve working relationships, develop a growth mindset, cultivate inner resourcefulness, overcome stress and anxiety and more. As a former national radio presenter, Gemma also helps people with confidence building and public speaking.

Gemma has a special interest in helping her clients connect with their inner creativity - she believes everyone is creative, even those who claim not to be! She works with people in helping them to discover and connect with their true selves, supporting them in cultivating their creativity and ultimately connect with a greater sense of mental wellbeing and improved self-esteem.
