Thank you for your interest in the TCC team. We are not currently looking for any new UK based associate members, although we plan to potentially kick off a new recruitment round in the autumn. We are, however, interested in hearing from dual-qualified practitioners based in the U.S. for overseas 'in-person' opportunities.

Recruitment process
We are expecting our next recruitment round to begin in Autumn 2024. Our mission is to facilitate high performance and mental wellbeing for our clients, and we want that for ourselves too! So while we have high standards for what we're looking in TCC Associates, Supervisors, and Consultants in terms of knowledge, skills, and experience, we match this with the benefits of becoming part of our passionate, innovative, and inclusive team.

What we're looking for
We'll be checking out your qualifications and credentials (formal accreditation with EMCC/ICF/AC/BACP/UKCP is a requirement for Senior Associates and registered status is mandatory for Associate level) but your personal qualities are of equal priority to us. We value warmth, compassion, pragmatism, inclusion, creativity, collaboration, and a healthy sense of humour. See our values for more details.
