We are currently expanding and looking for a select number of individuals to join us at Senior Associate and Associate levels, to support our work with organisations. As part of our commitment to supporting the therapy and coaching dual-practitioner community, we also provide a platform to connect with Dual-Trained Supervisors.

Recruitment process

We'll be checking out your qualifications and credentials (formal accreditation with EMCC/ICF/AC/BACP/UKCP is a requirement for Senior Associates and registered status is mandatory for Associate level) but your personal qualities are of equal priority to us. Role profile: Senior Associate

It's a requirement for TCC Senior Associates to hold full Accredited Practitioner status of the main UK, European and Global professional bodies (EMCC, ICF, AC, BACP, UKCP). In additional to strong experience of individual therapeutic coaching, demonstrable expertise in working across several other areas of our services including Team Coaching, Conflict Coaching and Leadership Training is preferred.
